The role of a new leader can be a tricky one. You must be able to do the job, yet at the same time oversee others -sometimes former peers- who are also doing the job. A new leader is also faced with unique challenges based on how he/she became a part of the team, and these dynamics can significantly impact productivity, morale and success to the team. This session equips participants with proven effectiveness techniques to help them get up to speed quickly and succeed in a new leadership role. (Minimum Attendance: 10)
