At the end of this session, co-op CEO’s/General Managers will be able to :
- List common problems that co-ops experience before, during and after events that require interaction with FEMA
- Collaborate with the co-op’s attorney and/or internal legal counsel to identify and avoid or minimize negative experiences
- Effectively communicate the co-op’s FEMA program approach, assignments, and expectations to the co-op management team – including, but not limited to: CFO, Engineering, System Admin, Procurement, Operations, Safety, and Crews
