As human, we all normally function with some type of rational thinking. However, as humans there are many factors one must be cognizant of to effectively deal not only with yourself, but your fellow workers or employees. In this one-day seminar, participants will learn to identify the motives that cause people to act in certain manners. We will further discuss the concepts of needs, wants and their implication on individual’s actions and outcomes. Participants will learn to discover the role values play in individual behaviors. Further the area of identifying the common pitfalls to behavior and activities will be discussed.
