This course is designed specifically for those with administrative responsibility to help increase cooperation and productivity. Topics covered include the basis of organizational power and how to effectively use each to accomplish challenging tasks and meet critical deadlines. Each person will take a personal leadership assessment inventory. Topics to be covered include:
Understanding the basis of power and influence
Levels of professional independence
Principles of “followership”
