SCL313 -- Time Management & Organizational Skills @ AREA -- 8:30 a.m.
The key to successful Organizational Management revolves around utilization of time effectively and efficiently. There are only so many work hours in a day and it is imperative for us to use our time wisely and thus we can apply effective organizational skills to our daily, weekly, monthly and yearly tasks, jobs and missions.
We begin with an understanding of time management, tools to use in that endeavor and processes that will facilitate great use of our time. We then will identify those areas that waste time in our daily work and personal lives that can inhibit our goal actualization.
