This highly intereactive one-day course is specifically designed for electric cooperative employees to teach how to hold comfortable, effective conversations when the stakes are high, emotions are strong, and there are opposing points of view. Many electric cooperatives pride themselves on the family-like atmosphere in the workplace, but that sometimes leads people to keep quiet when they should speak up, only to be at their worst when the subject can no longer be avoided. It is indeed possible to hold difficult conversations without damaging relationships. This course shows you how, using real life co-op employee case studies, hands-on activities, and a little humor.
